Sunrise Children's Festival
Sunrise Children's Festival 2017
Following on from it's inaugural success, Sunrise Children's Festival 2017 promises to be bigger and better. You can enjoy more stages, more games and more laughter guaranteed.
New areas for 2017 include something for the Brainiac's – a "Fun Educational Tent" and an area to re-connect with your Inner Child in the new "Healing Area". 8 – 12 year olds will be well looked after with a huge Archery Tag pitch and more activities to be announced soon. I think I may even book that one myself!
What would Sunrise be without the Big Bubbles Area and Down to Earth Forest Crafts? There will be no such thing as "I'm bored Mam"...
Building on last year you can enjoy a larger selection of artisan food traders, market stalls and our own Garden Café with its super-friendly staff.
What more can I say...fireshows, face painting, balloon modelling, magicians, puppet shows, giant bubbles, music, dance and much more all set in the stunning award-winning Brigit's Garden, Galway.

Brigit’s Garden is 20km from Galway city just off the Wild Atlantic Way.
From Galway city take the N59 in the direction of Clifden. Go through Moycullen and after about 8km you reach the small village of Roscahill. You will see a brown heirtage sign with Brigit's Garden name on it pointing to the right. Take this right and the entrance to Brigit's Garden is on the left approximately 2km from this turn (after the community centre and church on the left hand-side).
Please pay attention to the signs for the overnight carpark and day carpark during this event.
