Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or have previous experience, I invite you to come and join me for a replenishing half-day mindfulness retreat in the beautiful, peaceful setting of Brigit’s Garden, Roscahill.
An opportunity to take a step away from the busyness of life, to slow down, awaken your senses, and nourish your soul.
The morning includes a variety of gentle guided mindfulness practices to soften the body, quieten the mind and open the heart. Refreshments are included. All equipment is supplied. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, a jacket and walking shoes.
