Seasonal Staff Required - Chef, Waiting Staff & Kitchen Porter

Brigit’s Garden is an innovative not-for-profit on an 11 acre site in Rosscahill, Co. Galway, consisting of four unique Celtic-themed Gardens, a variety of natural habitats and a Visitors Centre.  Brigit’s Garden welcomes over 25,000 visitors a year, including people from all over the world as well as school and community groups. We also host a lively programme of special events and are a venue for weddings and family occasions. This is an exciting opportunity for applicants with relevant experience to join the team.


Seasonal Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong, independent, creative Sous Chef with the ability to further our core healthy eating concepts. The menu will vary based on seasonal produce and will include vegan and vegetarian options. Experience must include:

  • The individual will have at least 4 years’ experience in the industry and should be able to work unsupervised and manage a kitchen
  • Knowledge of food preparation
  • H.A.C.C.P. trained and competent in keeping accurate logs

This is a seasonal position beginning in mid-April until the end of September.
