Join Alexandre Vanfrackem of The GreenMan Herbal for a gentle walk around Brigit’s Garden on Culture Night, Friday 23rd September 2022, from 4.00pm – 5.00pm as we examine the local herbs and plants often used in holistic medicine.
This walk will celebrate the traditional uses for native Irish herbs – some medicinal and some magical! Alexandre, originally from France, has a great passion for herbs and creates his own range of balms and ointments using all natural ingredients from Galway.
You won’t want to miss this informative walk in the beautiful setting of Brigit’s Garden, Roscahill, Co. Galway.
Café
The Garden Café will be open and serving lunch from 12pm – 4.00pm. You are welcome, should you wish, to arrive early and take advantage of our delicious menu.
Please note the following;
- Tickets are limited and we kindly ask that you only register for a ticket if you are sure you will be attending.
- In the event of inclement weather, the walk will still go ahead – please bring appropriate waterproof footwear and clothing.
- The walk is aimed at adults only.
