Our vision at Brigit’s Garden is to inspire people of all ages about nature, to offer the experience of being a part of the natural world rather than outside it.

Learning about biodiversity and sustainability is a part of this, but Brigit’s Garden is about much more than learning.  It is also about deepening our sense of connection to the natural world in a way that is so much needed today.

It is humbling and wonderful to see this happening on a daily basis, as visitors find tranquillity in the Celtic Gardens or relax at Sunday meditation; as children discover the magic of a summer meadow or groups make Brigit’s crosses.

We look forward to continuing to bring our vision to life at Brigit’s Garden. Thank you for your support.

Brigit’s Garden is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity in Ireland, CHY 20053758. The project was set up by Jenny Beale out of her passion for nature and education.

Become a Member

We offer a very warm welcome to all our new friends. You make a huge difference and enable us to maintain Brigit’s Garden as a unique and developing resource for the community.

Dedicate a Tree

The Gardens are ideal surroundings for a dedication in memory of a loved one, to celebrate a birth or special event, or for any intention of your choice.

During the year, we rely on our volunteers to keep us going.  They do everything from raking leaves and sowing seeds, to painting faces and entertaining guests! We couldn’t do it without them and we appreciate each and every person who comes to Brigit’s Garden to help.
